Wayne has enjoyed significant success during his time with Grubb & Ellis. In 2002, he was a finalist for The Real Estate Board of New York’s "Young Broker of the Year” award, and that same year, Wayne and two colleagues were awarded The Real Estate Board of New York's “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” for the relocation of the U.S. Customs Service to two locations measuring more than 400,000 square feet following the destruction of its 6 World Trade Center headquarters in the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Wayne and partner Robert Yaffa have represented a cross-section of clients during their combined 30+ year careers, with Wayne particularly focused on leasing in Manhattan's Midtown South market. Since 2005, Wayne and Rob have represented The Olnick Organization as exclusive leasing agents for space availabilities at 130 Fifth Avenue and served as global real estate representatives for Westcon Group, having completed 120,000+ square feet of transactions in eight countries.
